# Find every mention of a fact

Ask Claude to find every passage that states a fact, however it is worded, so a change leaves no page contradicting another.

The same fact often appears on several pages, in different words. Finding all of them before you change one keeps your documentation consistent.

## Before you begin

- Add Documarium to Claude. Reading is enough to search; changing needs **Read and change your documentation**.

## Steps

1. Ask Claude to find the fact, for example: *Find every mention of the refund window*.
2. Claude answers with every passage that states it. A page that says "fourteen (14) days" and one that says "two weeks" are both found.
3. Ask Claude to change each passage, for example *Change the refund window to 30 days on every page that mentions it*.
4. Open the link Claude gives you, check each page, then say *Yes, apply that*.
