Change a page and approve it
Ask Claude for a change to your docs, look at it on a preview link, then save it, so nothing reaches readers unchecked.
Every change arrives as a proposed change with a link you can open. It is saved only when someone says yes, and it reaches readers only when the site is published.
Before you begin
- Add Documarium to Claude with Read and change your documentation allowed. With read only, Claude can look but not change anything.
- Make sure the connection reaches your site: ask List the pages on my site.
Steps
- Ask for the change in ordinary words, for example: Change the refund window to 30 days.
- Claude drafts the change and gives you a link. Open it and check the page as readers would see it.
- If it needs more work, say what to change, and Claude drafts it again.
- When it is right, say Yes, apply that. Claude saves the change as the next version. A proposed change waits 24 hours for your yes; after that, ask for it again.
- When you want readers to see it, publish the site.
See what changed
- Ask What changed on this site? to see each saved version, with its number, when it was saved and who saved it.
- Ask Compare version 4 with version 7 to see the difference between two saved versions.
Every version is kept for as long as the site exists. How far back you can look and undo depends on your plan, as the pricing page shows.
