Download all your content
Export every page of your site as plain text files, at any time and on any plan, including after you stop paying.
Your content is yours. The export gives you everything you wrote in a format any tool can read, with no fee and no request to make.
Before you begin
- Be the site's owner. If you were invited to someone else's site, ask its owner for an export.
Steps
- Open your site in Documarium.
- Choose Export in the sidebar.
- Choose Download.
What you get
- One plain text file for each page, in markdown.
- The order your pages appear in.
- The old addresses that send readers to a new one.
- The look you chose for your site.
- A list of every saved version.
The export is your content, not a working website. To put it on the web somewhere else, you host it yourself.
When you can export
At any time, on any plan, including while a site is paused and after you stop paying. To download what we hold about your account itself, use your account page, as the privacy policy explains.
